These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the OnlyCal mobile and web application ("the App"), published by OnlyCal ("the Publisher").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
OnlyCal is a nutrition tracking and social networking application that allows users to:
Using social features requires creating an account via email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent App restrictions is prohibited.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use, except within the scope of the social sharing features provided.
Posts on OnlyCal must be related to food and nutrition: meal photos, nutritional information, dietary tips, and goal sharing.

The Publisher reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms without notice. A community reporting system allows users to flag inappropriate content.
The App, its design, code, and brand are the exclusive property of the Publisher. You retain ownership of your content (photos, text). By posting, you grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content within the App.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Advanced features are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Management and cancellation are handled through your store settings.
Nutritional information provided by the App (AI scan, food database) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a doctor or nutritionist before making significant dietary changes.
Users may report content or profiles violating these Terms. The Publisher may remove content, suspend, or permanently delete accounts in case of violations.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete my account. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all your data.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of substantial changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Paris, France.
